My labs: iron 205 (ref 27-159ug/dl), and iron saturation 61 (ref 15-55%). tibc and uibc in normal range. thoughts?

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you are taking iron supplement you may stop doing that.
