With the results shown, it is unlikely your son is anemic, but you do not provide any lab results to know. What are his hematocrit and hemoglobin levels? Anyway, anemia is not the most likely cause of fatigue at his age. Keep working with his pediatrician. Has he been tested for infectious mononucleosis?
