RMSF: This is a difficult infection to diagnose.The elevated titer is consistent with the disease. A skin biopsy may also be diagnostic of RMSF. An infectious disease specialist should be involved. Fatigue is expected after prolonged infection. ?whether mri of brain should be done in view of headaches but would be guided by consultants.
