Sister (38) covid-positive /serology rapid test (igm) on 3rd day of symptoms (fatigue, hardly any urine, reflux, diarrhoea, vomit, headache, sore throat and heavy menstruation - early period 16 days, unusual). serology isnt after 8 days? what to do?

Dehydration may be one cause of her low urine output. Encourage clear liquids, monitor temperature and control fever. . Please seek medical care for your sister, continue to have COVID 19 screening and avoid contact with your sister. The typical incubation period is up to 14 days, but most patients will have a positive test within 7-10 days. Watch for signs of the flu and please follow up.
