Hy husband had a stomach opperation and got a stomach bug, hes stomach settled down now but still have a lot of cramps is it save for him to use hyospasmol?

Depends: If the abdominal surgery was very recent I'm sure the surgeon would want you to report any ongoing abdominal discomfort to him/her. If the surgery was weeks ago and there is no severe pain, vomiting, constipation or abdominal distension taking hyospasmol for mild cramping or irritable bowel may be worthwhile. However if symptoms persist or worsen have him see the MD for evaluation.
