Wrong question: One who cannot go to the bathroom is having an emergency. He must go to urgent care urgently.

Give him a ride: Take him to a Urgent Care clinic or ER for eval and treatment. Do not give him vicodin or any opiate-related pain medication. That might even be the cause of the problem. Self-medication is a seriously dangerous trend in society. It's understandable due to circumstances but still, a bad thing. It differs from self-care (a good thing). Get help for him and info/advice while there. Take care, ok?
