See your Dr: There is not enough info to diagnose your problem, and you really need a physical exam to accurately determine what is causing your pain. You may need an ultrasound or biopsy to determine what is causing the lump, or the cause might be obvious on physical exam - so you may not need that at all, but you DO need an actual exam. Dr Google and descriptions alone cannot replace a Dr’s exam!
