TMD: I would ask your dentist to evaluate your lower jaw position and feel for clicking in the jaw joint area in front of the ear. When the lower jaw deviates to one side the muscles go into spasm on one side and become stretched on opposite side leading to soreness and tiredness of all the muscles in the head and neck area.

Neck pain: Everything except for the swollen lymph nodes sounds like cervical myofascial syndrome. This is very commonly aggravated by stress. Sometimes there are underlying issues with your neck including disc pathology. This is the most commonly treated conservatively however the diagnosis is usually best made by an orthopedic surgeon or neurologist rather than an ent.
