Clavicular swell: May be lymph node but the clavicle is not the usual place. Pulsing in ear, if it is true heartbeat and not just buzzing could be a sign of vascular -carotid aneurysm/dissection rarely .If buzz is just due to infection . May be swollen salivary gland ( or stopped up) or may be just bad sore throat or peritonsillat abscess, clavicualr LN are from lung get CXR) Go to ER or urgent care today
