Orthopedic : An orthopedic surgeon can do a detailed exam of the knee and entire lower extremity and could then get a neurologist involved if he thinks it is indicated. It sounds like it is a little more likely a knee issue than a neurological condition and so I think an orthopedist would be best to start with. Thank you.
