I have these really painful itchy growths on my chest directly in the middle. they ppear to be keloids. but they are painful when clothing rubs against it. what treatments are there for keloids besides biopsy?

Needs to see doctor: Since your lesions are in the middle of the chest, shingles is unlikely since it involves only one side of the body. Keloid is not painful and thus you need to consult a dermatologist to find out what your problem is.
