Keloids: Depending on the size of the keloid you I tend to excise them and/or inject with steroid. I personally have ablated keloids with an Erbium and CO2 laser but without much long term success. Fractional CO2 for a smaller keloid or hypertrophic scar may be beneficial, but if it is fairly large I'd excise it. Good luck
