Modified ketogenic : You have not given LDL level but HDL is 65 which is good. Need to omit fast food. Start making soups. Can eat meat, fish & eggs.Add plenty of vegetables & fruits. Brown bag your lunch with salad & baked chicken for eg 3 liters of water. Eat good fats.

Ask your Dr: How can anyone tell you any diet changes without knowing your current food choices? You omitted your LDL... much more important than HDL or total cholest. Your gender? Family history? Diabetes, high BP, obesity? Meds? Menstrual history if female? Generally a diet to make you, or keep you slim. Mostly vegetables, salads, fruits, seafood, olive oil, complex whole grain carbohydrates.
