Ct of lumber showed 4.5cm ovarian cyst. can they determine what kind of cyst from a ct?? it just said left adenxal cyst.. worries cancer

Cyst: In cases like this I believe that the ordering physician should sit down with the radiologist who interpreted the ct scan and ask whether any other studies would be helpful and/or what type of specialist the patient should be referred to.
