See below: You may visit this site for information: https://www.cdc.gov/fungal/diseases/ringworm/treatment.html If over the counter treatments recommended there do not provide relief in a week, it would be prudent to see a doctor, as it may not be ringworm. Not to scare you, but a form of breast cancer can present with a ringworm like rash.
