I have psoriasis and ringworm in my scalp what kind of medicated shampoo treatment it's recommended over the counter?

See a Dermatologist.: Psoriasis may benefit from an steroid containing lotion/solution x scalp.. Ringworm will require antifungals ( against tinea) these too are very difficult to cure and i believe there is no good treatment over the counter. Nizoral shampoo is good for dandruff and tinea versicolor but i doubt will cure psoriasis or ringworm. Best option is to see a dermatologist or a pcp who has been successful
