Probably not.: Although it is usually recommended to use condoms during the first month after the first injection of 250 mg of DepoProvera, ( and thereafter also to be safer) , your risks of getting pregnant “4 days after you got the shot” are probably quite small, particularly if you received the injection several days after ovulation (days 18 to 28 after your last period) or if ovulation was already blocked.
