What tamoxifen brands have the least side effects and are there any supplements that can help ref insomnia and brain fog?

Tamoxifen is generic: Tamoxifen is the gneric drug and Soltamox in the very expensive Brand drug. The difference in prive is 1000's of dollars. The FDA says there is no difference but the generic is never tested in patients before it is brought to market. I can not suggest a supplement that will help as the side effects are the same according to the FDA.
