A member asked:

Need a prescription for amoxicillin for tooth

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Infected tooth: Most common cause of tooth pain is infection, but it's not the only cause. Antibiotics will contain the infection, not cure it. This site is for general health-related problems, not for diagnosis and treatment. Best option, see your Dentist immediately for appropriate care or referral. If anyone just gives you pills, they are temporarily treating symptoms, not curing the problem.
