I had a bloodclot a few years ago, a swollen lump on my leg appeared after i was treated, now theres a giant bruise on the area. what could this mean?

Bruise: This may be simply be a ruptured vein with or without trauma. If there is associated calf pain and tenderness, you should be evaluated for possible phlebitis in view of your past history.
