Stomachache: Did the x-ray show impacted stools? Is he regular going to the bathroom? Does he hold his poops? During the day, he's probably too busy and isignoring the pain. With the history you have supplied, his doctor has probably examined him. It looks like he is constipated. Continue giving him the MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) but add more fluids (water, prune juice) and fiber (fruits, vegetables, cereals, bran).
