Last summer i dumped my dirt bike and my right ankle was trapped, on a angle, underneath the motorcycle. could this be the reason i'm feeling pain in hip, knee, shin, and ankle of right leg after walking for a half mile.

It's a common: fact that pain in the joint above (and/or) below a strained/sprained joint develops pain from the altered ability to use the injured joint....you had incident resulting in a sprain/strained ankle ..thus pain in knee etc. Hope this is helpful Dr Z
