Does being molested automatically mean you cannot have children?

No, not at all: Sadly, many people are molested every day in the world, especially in other countries where there is even more stigma attached to being a victim, and where the rights of the individual are much less valued. However, being molested has almost no effect on one's physical ability to have children. Women still ovulate and get pregnant the usual way, and men still produce sperm & semen.

No: Absolutely not. However, if ever there was an infection in the pelvic organs (uterus, tubes, ovaries) from that, the infection can affect fertility. Most of the time everything is fine. But it is something a gyn or a fertility specialist could sit down and talk with you about and certainly if you desired, you could have some basic tests done.
