There are dozens of viral illnesses that follow that pattern. The rash usually emerges toward the end of the illness. Sometimes the pattern of rash will make the strain of virus involved appear typical enough to label, many do not. I usually expect 2 or more/year in infancy. If the kid returns to their usual routine, I wouldn't worry about it.
