A member asked:

After several months of testing not receiving answers from doctors why ive had syncope episodes other than all tests normal. what should i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: If your doctors who examined you, carried out the tests and had access to your health history were not helpful, it is unreasonable to expect one of us to provide an answer based on your brief statement. All I can suggest is stay hydrated so that syncope are not due to low blood volume. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
