Doctor can evaluate: If one has worrisome tummy pain, and is normally in good health, the possibilities include: appendicitis (more often R lower abdomen), ovary pain, gall bladder disease (usually R side), bad constipation (crampy, usually L side), stomach flu, etc... Most people with "moderate pain," more than mild pain, should get a doctor's evaluation to check for appendicitis or something else similarly serious.
