Right side abdominal flutter sensation followed by fight side flank pain cokes and goes and wakes me up at night several times. im now on day 2 of this. any ideas what it could be ? im definitely not pregnant btw?

Too early to know. : There are a large variety of sensations that are experienced that amount to nothing, especially if gone within a few days. So length of time of the symptoms is key. An 'abdominal flutter' is most likely a spasm of one of your abdominal muscles, which is not serious. Flank pain that comes and goes can be more serious and one likely cause is a kidney stone.
