Not necessarily: Learning is a complex issue with potential weaknesses of several areas. If you look at your brain feed in mechanisms, there is reading, hearing, visualizing (watching a video) , graphomotor (taking notes) and others. You can easily just be weak in one or more inputs like audio learning. Most of us learn which modes work best for us & use them when we need to study.
