Doctor can check now: There are many possible causes of pain in the back in young adults. A doctor can check now. There could be a muscle strain or spasm, inflammation in the joints or tendons, nerve pain from the spine or on the skin, an spine bone problem, etc... Obesity must be cured, as it causes back pain and a lot of other health problems. Thus, eat only a tiny amount daily, while getting treatment for back pain.
