Arrhythmia, sinus?: You feel your heart beating in your chest. You note your heart rate is 68. It may be sinus arrhythmia this is a pause and then strong beat after. It could be atrial fibrillation or other abnormal rhythm. Your heart can be beating but only contract at a lower rate (68). If you feel ill or have family history then see your doctor for a cardiology referral to see an electrophysiologist. Ok
