The nose and sided of nose have multiple skin pores which can become clogged with sebum ( a type of body oil secreted by pores and skin follicle. Must be seen by a dermatologist. Until seen use 10% benzoyl peroxide gel or cream if not allergic to this medicine.

Pimples on nose: Sometimes it is staph infection that has colonized nose and you need antibiotics including topical antibiotics in the tip of your nose. May also be eczema ( not usual), or morbiliform rash from drug reactions ( new meds? ) or heat rash - prickly heat-wash 2-3 times a day try calamine /zinc oxide at night, or roscea (antibiotics Would follow up with doc to do nasal culture and evaluate lesion
