I have pimples on the sides of the upper portion of my nose. what are the causes of these? been that way for 5 weeks. i usually heal pimples in 5 days

May also be eczema ( not usual), or morbiliform rash from drug reactions ( new meds? ) or heat rash - prickly heat-wash 2-3 times a day try calamine /zinc oxide at night, or roscea (antibiotics Would follow up with doc to do nasal culture and evaluate lesion
