33yr.have 5mm gall stone.it did not cause any problem so far. recently mild pain and gas started after doing streches.there is some constant mild pain in upper right side even while lifting my hand.does this mean stone has damaged something inside?

Possibly: There can be inflammation of the gall bladder associated with a gall stone. Since you're experiencing rather frequent, although not classic, symptoms I recommend that you be evaluated and advised by an abdominal surgeon.
