Visit a doctor : For your sore throat and pain with swallowing it is important that you visit with a physician in person. And internal medicine specialist, or a family practice doctor in the setting of an office or an urgent care clinic would be good. Someone needs to be able to take a look and possibly take a sample for culture is if needed.
