Hi, i have been diagnosed with a 1/2 inch meningioma but also pseudotumor cerebri. i can't find anything on the internet about people having both. do?

Coincidence: Unrelated. Little meningiomas like this are quite common. Usually they don't cause troubles as far as we know. "Incidental finding". The pseudotumor cerebri is much more concerning. If no treatable medical cause can be found (you're not taking vitamin A supplement or some other medication that can cause it, I trust), you may be undergoing a procedure that will help greatly.
