A member asked:

I've had 5 lumbar punctures this year (because of pseudotumor cerebri) and it's been one month since my last one and i still have random pains every now and then in the spot where the needle entered. is this possible after a month from the last one?

Repetitive lumbar punctures will often promote local bruising at entry site, so, would not be surprising to experience mild tenderness or aching. This tends to last a few days with some fluctuating symptoms over a few weeks at most.
