Bad headache mixed with vertigo/dizziness nausea, no fever or any other symptoms of flu etc. died my hair recently with peroxide, not sure if thats relevant. ive never felt this kind of head pain before or suffered previously from vertigo. ?

Neurologist: Inner ear causes of positional vertigo are common but are not associated with headaches. This combination of headaches and vertigo warrants investigation. A neurologist is best qualified to evaluate you and order appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis and advise you.
