PMS vs. migraines?: Now, tell me....itchiness, lower left crampiness and such happening in the face of weather changes or are the headaches doing that? Do you have headaches with nausea and dizziness WITHOUT abdominal symptoms ever and do they occur with or before weather changes? If so, then, you may have an entity known as barometric headaches....treated relatively the same as migraines but they can be challenging.
