Many: Here are some example of cholesterol rich foods: red meat, butter, eggs, cheese, shellfish, shrimps, caviar and fast food in general. Vegetables, beans, salads, chicken, and fish rich in omega three are better alternatives. A diet rich in fiber , oatmeal, healthy oils like extra virgin olive oil, nuts and soybeans can also help lower your cholesterol levels.
