Bright light: Hydration and bright light are helpful natural ways to fool body into the fact that it is dark outside and you need sleep. Avoid caffeine and stimulants that may cause more anxiousness and dehydration. Short naps (5-10 minutes) when you do get tired can be restorative in between if needed.
