How to keep my self awake during nights fir studies?

Better idea: Manage your time during the day so that you will have time to get enough sleep. While you're a student, it's best to stay single and uninvolved, play sports only if you truly enjoy them, take time for fitness but not television, and generally take advantage of your intellectual prime to gain knowledge and skills for a great career.

Hard to say: This is difficult to answer. Make sure you get 7-8 hours of sleep on the nights you do not need to study. Try coffee or tea the night you do have to study late. Avoid Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) or other prescription stimulants.
