X-Ray rarely does: Symptoms you report are very consistent with intestinal upset, often driven/confounded by life stress reactions. possible infections (but does not mean that antibiotics will help), etc. X-Ray: something Doc can order quickly for so-called "ruling-out" something a lot more serious/rare, but is rarely helpful/useful & your body has received added radiation for which there is no known safe dose.
