Feels like something is crawling on me then i find tiny red dots all over me what is this can't see anything crawling?

Could be bed bugs: If your body is covered with small red dots as you describe this may be a case of bed bugs or another bug bite such as ants, mosquitoes, etc. If you have any friends with similar complaints this could very well be the case. There is usually no treatment for the bites but you must control the infestation. The EPA has good info here : https://www.epa.gov/bedbugs/introduction-bed-bugs
