Complete exam: Along with aggressive supportive care including bedrest, fluids, and good nutrition you should have a complete medical exam at a clinic. Along with a full history, lab tests including a urinalysis, blood studies and chest X-ray will help to focus in on whether or not you have a bacterial infection which can be treated with antibiotics. Please go to a medical clinic for an exam as soon as possible!
