Both my feet have a numb feeling and aches terrible all the time with pain that shoots through my toes. feels like i have pins and needles when i bend my toes, burning sensation . i have uc and am on asacol 1200mg 3 times daily. should i see a doc?

Sounds like: NEUROPATHY,,,,and a neurologic examination is indicated, This requires a hands on examination and possibly more "sophisticated" neurologic testing (Nerve conduction studies) Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
