Routine c-section: Routine c-section risks - nothing to do with HIV. Also, there is NO reason to do a c-section with well controlled HIV and LOW Viral low - just make sure you are being given AZT PRIOR to delivery. Risks for c-section - and just like any other c-section - as it is a surgery.
