His teeth is broken, it looks like it is from inside, he says it doesnt hurt that much but it hurts, its on the tip of his front teeth.

Broken tooth: If it hurts, if it's broken, if there are pieces missing, an immediate trip to your Dentist is required. Possibly infected, especially if it's "from the inside." Before the infection spreads any farther, see your Dentist for appropriate care. This will not self heal, nor will the infection go away on its own.
