Needs evaluation: Puss from the ear can be either a canal or a middle ear infection. Treatment would differ depending on actual source of the pus. It could also reflect a hole in your ear drum with puss coming through the hole, which in an adult is a prolonged treatment problem. It is time to schedule a visit & have this sorted out.
