Multiple Diagnoses: When you chew you may have a cavity. Or perhaps your TMJ joint the one that holds your jaw to your skull is inflamed. Might even have an earache. Would need to look into the ear to diagnosis and rule this out. Head and neck exam with more history would be useful as well. See a physician who can do the otoscope exam of the ear in the office. Then you will get a correct diagnosis and fastest results
