Counseling: This is a difficult time in a child's life and unfortunately, rejection from a peer group can be humiliating and demeaning. I suggest 1-2 sessions with a certified child psychologist to provide guidance and reassurance as well as coping mechanisms. Additionally. many schools offer free guidance through school guidance counselors.
