A Man's Retreat: My dad used his car and the bathroom as retreats from his life of hard work and family hassles. He'd stop on the way home, park the car and read the newspaper, saving the sports section for later, when he'd sit on the toilet for half an hour reading.We had only one bathroom.I've become very creative in finding places to let loose.
